We operate in accordance with the API and developer policies of all integrated platforms, including but not limited to X, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and VK.
We do not support or provide scraping, bulk posting, automated engagement, data resale, or any activity that violates platform rules.
All actions performed through the Service require explicit user authorization.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and any activity on your connected accounts. You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, and each platform’s community standards.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account.
We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell or share your personal information or connected account data with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service for:
Automated engagement (likes, follows, comments, retweets, or similar actions).
Bulk posting or coordinated inauthentic activity.
Data scraping or collection outside of authorized API usage.
Impersonation, harassment, or any illegal activity.
Circumventing the policies of any integrated platform.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, applicable laws, or platform rules. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any downtime, API changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TigerBlood Corp, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
